PuraVida Health LLC was founded in 2023 in North Miami-Dade with a simple idea: many people who need primary care most, including older adults, people with mobility limits, and busy caregivers, have the hardest time getting to an office.
So we bring the office to them. Our clinicians carry what a typical primary care visit needs: exam tools, point-of-care tests, and lab draw supplies. Telehealth handles the follow-ups that don't need hands-on care.
The name says what we're after. Pura vida is about living fully. For our patients, that means staying healthy enough to keep doing what matters to them.

Our clinical team
Visits are provided by Florida-licensed physicians and advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs), supported by medical assistants and phlebotomists for in-home lab work. Every clinician carries the same standard kit and follows shared protocols for safety and infection control.
