Care coordination & medication review
When several doctors, pharmacies, and family members are involved, someone needs to keep the whole picture together. That's us.
Brown-bag medication review
We look at every bottle in the house, including supplements, to catch duplicates, interactions, and outdated prescriptions.
After the hospital
A prompt follow-up visit to reconcile discharge instructions and new medications with what you already take.
Referrals that land
We send records with referrals and follow up so specialist appointments actually happen.
Home health & equipment
Orders and paperwork for home health, therapy, and medical equipment when you qualify.
For family caregivers

Questions
Can I call on behalf of my parent?
Yes, you can call to request a visit. To discuss their health details, we'll need your parent's permission or legal documentation such as a health care surrogate designation.
Will you talk to my other doctors?
Yes. Coordinating with your specialists is part of the job. We request records, send visit notes, and call when something needs a conversation.
Do you manage controlled medications?
We review them as part of medication reconciliation. Whether we prescribe them depends on clinical judgment, Florida law, and visit type, and they're never prescribed by telehealth alone.
