Questions
How soon can someone come?
Established patients can often be seen within a few business days for new concerns. New-patient visits depend on the schedule. We'll offer the soonest options and a telehealth visit sooner if that's appropriate.
Do I need to prepare my home?
Just a well-lit place to sit, a table surface, and your medications nearby. Please secure pets during the visit. The visit prep planner has a full checklist.
Do house calls cost more?
Many insurance plans, including Medicare, cover home visits when they're medically appropriate. Cost-sharing depends on your plan. We'll check your benefits and explain what to expect before the visit.
